# Email on stock request

Hello all,
In the feature Inbound - \> Create Stock Request.
How do I set that the Fullfilment location (or manager of that location) gets an email on a stock request?
Now it does nothing, no emails send. So the manager of that location has to login everyday to check if there are any requests.

Apologies @David_Douma - I thought this had already been answered.
If I recall correctly, we send notifications if a requisition enters the “approval” workflow, but not generally when a request is submitted.

We have a proof of concept for a general event-based notification system that would likely satisfy what I suspect is your requirement, but it requires funding. Let me know if you’d be interested in funding that work.
