Le me give a bit background …

I am an imported German, model year 1954. Did software development since 40 years … one of the old guys that started out on a C64, CPM, Basic. The Clipper and Visual Objects, c#. No formal education in IT or software development - all self educated.
I was user group president for Clipper/Visual Objects in Germany, that got me invitations to present at User Group Conferences in the US, UK, Australia … I was always going sightseeing after a conference, that way I got into hiking in the US and met my hiking buddy for life in Grand Canyon. We got married in 2001 guess where: At Grand Canyon.
Here in the US I was working as lead developer for an US corporate till my own company grew to big/labor intense and I took it on fulltime.
