Email on stock request

Hello all,

In the feature Inbound - > Create Stock Request.
How do I set that the Fullfilment location (or manager of that location) gets an email on a stock request?

Now it does nothing, no emails send. So the manager of that location has to login everyday to check if there are any requests.

If I recall correctly, we send notifications if a requisition enters the “approval” workflow, but not generally when a request is submitted.
