Low-stock product unit

Good morning.

Please could you help me, I would like to know how to remove a product from stock.

Thank you for your help.

Cordially yours,
Margy Sarmiento

The easiest way to remove a product from stock is to use the Record Stock feature and zero out all inventory items.

Hello @jmiranda

Thanks for your reply, sorry for the delay. It worked for me, it is already solved.

I have another question, if I put a price to a product this is replicated to all locations or I can put a different price to each location for each product?

I appreciate your help.

I remain attentive to any questions or suggestions.

Cordially yours,
Margy Sarmiento

Can you explain the use case? How you want to use that information?

Hello @jmiranda

I mean, for example, I separate the inventory by locations by customer and give the customer access only to their location. If I want the product to have different prices in different locations based on customers, can this be done?

Thank you for your help.

I remain attentive to any questions or suggestions.

Best regards,

At the moment no but you could create a separate SKU (product) for each customer so they could have their own price.

This might lead to a lot of duplicate looking products but we’re looking to build a feature that will allow you to map products to a location so they can only be seen / edited within that location.

Hello @jmiranda

Thanks for the reply, the function you indicate would be great.
I appreciate your response and help.

Have a nice day.

Best regards,
Margy Sarmiento.
