Outbound shipment creation issues

I`m trying to create outbound shipment (under admin user if that matters).
On the start screen i can not select any destination - the list is empty by default (but i assume this is how it works? it is not a selection screen but more of a search box) and search returns no results. As i understood, only dispensary/ward type of locations can be on the receiving end for outbound shipments and i have couple of locations of type “dispensary”. Furthermore i have created one right from this screen via “add destination” button but i am still not able to select it later, if i close and reopen Outbound shipment creation screen.

So the question is: what is limiting the list of the Destinations here? By belonging to some location group, by some permissions or anything at all? Or they should be just an active location with the “Receive stock” activity?

It’s location group. The system limits visible destination locations to locations in the same group as your depot. The reason is that many users have multiple depots that serve different locations, so you want the depot user to only see the locations they actually serve. If you dont want to limit your results, you need to either remove all location groups or put everything in the same location group. i thought the same (and by the way the “Add destination” button creates the location in the same group as the Source) but the Dispensary type Location in the same location group did not appear in the search.

I will check again and more thorough if it should be intended behavior.
